The Founding Cohort
Cleritas onboards in waves because every consent system we build and every event we run is reviewed by practising clinicians, capacity is the constraint, not marketing. The waitlist is how you hold your place in the first wave.

What Joining Gets You
Workshop and CPD dates, including the ophthalmology programme, go to the waitlist before they go anywhere public. Founding cohorts fill from this list.
Join the retainer as a founding member and your pricing is locked for 12 months, whatever the standard rate does afterwards.
A practical self-assessment of your current consent process against Montgomery, McCulloch and regulator guidance, sent on signup. Twenty minutes to complete; uncomfortable in the right places.
Join the Waitlist
Two minutes. No payment, no commitment, a place in the queue and the checklist in your inbox.
We'll email you about Cleritas dates, releases and the checklist, nothing else, and you can unsubscribe any time.
What Happens Next
Within a day of signing up you'll receive the Consent Risk Checklist, a structured self-assessment of your current consent process. Most practitioners find at least three gaps on the first pass.
Workshop dates, CPD programme sessions, template releases and audit slots go to the waitlist before anyone else. You reply to what fits; you ignore what doesn't.
When capacity in your wave opens, you get first refusal on your chosen services, including founding-member retainer pricing, locked for 12 months. If the timing is wrong, you keep your place for the next wave.
A note on scarcity, honestly framed: there is no countdown timer here because there is no fake deadline. Places are limited by review capacity, clinicians checking every document and every event, and onboarding runs in waves for exactly that reason.
